Almighty and everlasting God, whose will it is to restore all things in your well¯beloved Son, the King of kings and Lord of lords: Mercifully grant that the peoples of the earth, divided and enslaved by sin, may be freed and brought together under his most gracious rule; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Listen Community Dinner  check photos out at the Photo Gallery Community Dinners
Thank you St. Paul's! We were able to feed 98 people Monday night, plus 5 takes out to the Haven. The hams were a great hit. We were blessed with 13 volunteers, Goel, Barb C, Mary Beth Zack, Kate, Patti O'Shea, Barbara Farnsworth, Katherine, Ava, Thomas, and April Thorburn, plus ourselves. It was great having so many people to peel potatoes, make salads, slice ham, plate desserts, and serve the meals. None of it would have been possible without the donors in our parish and their continued support. Thank you all again from the Barwood/Kendrick Team.

Advent Readings Discussion Series 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Looking to explore faith a little more this Advent?  There will be an Advent discussion series this year to be held in the parish house from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm on the first three Wednesday evenings in December:  12/3, 12/10 and 12/17 (ideally this should be a 4-week series but the fourth Wednesday in Advent is Christmas Eve).

The program will be facilitated by Pete Lapre and the format will be a loosely-structured discussion of the previous Sunday's Old Testament and Gospel readings---perhaps touching on such topics as historical background, how the readings relate to one another, what we feel in the readings specifically speaks to us, what the readings might mean to us in our greater community and why these readings may have been chosen for inclusion in the common lectionary for Advent.

The goal of each meeting would be to spend 35-40 minutes on each reading and end with Compline. There would be no books or required reading as we will be only using the lectionary scripture readings.  Please come!
