Suzie Harding's 90th Birthday Concert!
The St. Paul's Community has been invited to attend Suzie Harding's 90th Birthday Concert, with music provided by her son's group, La Madeleine. The gathering is at Harvest Hill, in the Dwinell Room, Sunday, June 14th at 3:00pm. The group features the music of Edith Piaf and they are really a treat (editor’s recommendation!) Come Celebrate Suzie!

With Thanksgiving
Christine and I thank all of you for your labors of love in support of our wedding last Sunday, June 7th, 2015. The day highlighted what community is about. Many people who were there commented on the warmth, love, and support they felt. We know there were a tremendous number of things which had to come together to make the shower, wedding, and reception come together in perfection. Thanks to all of you it happened. david davison

Service at Brookside Nursing Home
Sunday, June 14th, will be our next Sunday Service at Brookside. Volunteers please come at 2:45 to prepare for our service from 2 to 2:30. We will not have services in July or August, but will continue in September, second Sundays of each month through June, 2016. New volunteers are always welcome.

Knit and Purl Fellowship
We meet the first and third Monday of each month, 6:30 to 8:30. Anyone who does any kind of handwork is welcome. Our next gathering will be June 15th at Judy Barwood's home.

Strawberry Supper!
Greater Hartford UCC (on Route 14) will have a ham supper with fresh Strawberry Shortcake dessert on Saturday, June 20th.
Servings at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Cost: Adults $12, children under 12, $4, preschool free.

Save the Date - June 27!
The Fun Committee, inspired and led in this event by Sally McFarlin, is organizing a day trip on a chartered bus to Boston to visit the John F. Kennedy museum followed by a stop at Faneuil Hall. We need forty people to make this work, and would love to have a great turn-out! Keep an eye out for further details!

Listen Community Dinners
We have served two great meals at the Listen Center. Our next dinner date is July 20th. Holly is looking for one or two people to help her plan the meal and help in the Listen Kitchen from 3pm-6pm for the July 20th meal. If you are able to help Holly, please contact her.
The remaining three dates are August 10th, September 21st and November 16th. The Barwood Family will be planning the meal and working at together with others for November 16th. If you have time to help with this community outreach, please contact Holly. Thank you!
