Almighty and everlasting God, in Christ you have revealed your glory among the nations: Preserve the works of your mercy, that your Church throughout the world may persevere with steadfast faith in the confession of your Name; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

ST. PAUL’S WORSHIP CALENDAR THROUGH CHRISTMAS – click HERE
The celebrant will be the same at the 8 o’clock and at 10 o’clock services (except Nov.2) and will also give the sermon, unless noted otherwise. At the retreat, people said that eucharist is highly valued, so Morning Prayer is not scheduled, with the possible exception of Nov. 2nd 8 o’clock, for which we do not yet have a celebrant. Neither is a celebrant scheduled yet for Christmas day.  Despite people at the retreat having endorsed using alternative liturgies (but not more than once a month), no alternative liturgy is planned for this period.  A parishioner with a passion for a liturgy not in the Book of Common Prayer could lobby the Worship committee.  Please click HERE to view the Worship Calendar for services through the end of 2014.

Assuming God is already present and at work in the midst of us, this year’s ministry fair theme is going “on the hunt” to discover the Divine Surprises where God’s mission is at work around us --- Places, experiences and opportunities that surround us all the time but do not look, feel, sound or smell like what we expect when we think of “mission.” God’s fingerprints might well be hidden in plain sight!
